I'm new to strength and cardio training. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Our programs cater to individuals of all fitness levels, whether you're just starting out or have advanced experience. We provide personalised guidance tailored to your goals and experience level.

Are there any age limits for joining The Shed?

The Shed is predominately female focused however we do love and welcome the male species into the fold! Minimum age limit is 13 years and must have a good level of maturity and be able to take instruction.

How do I sign up to a program?

Can I cancel my program?

It is important to note The Shed does not offer memberships, but programs... and just like purchasing a university course or tuition of some sort, The Shed programs are delivered the same. Committing to a program delivered by The Shed means honouring the financial commitment until such time as the program expires.
